In 2016, I set out to embark on one of the grandest adventures of my life in one of the most gorgeous places on Earth, New Zealand. While there, I road tripped a lot of the North Island, making my way to places like Hobbiton and the Tongariro Crossing, and a tiny portion of the South Island before settling in Christchurch for a couple of weeks.
